If you are having problems sending outgoing e-mail messages with your e-mail client, there are a few troubleshooting steps to follow.
- See if your internet service provider is blocking the standard outgoing mail ports. You can use the following site to check this.
http://port25.icannotconnect.com/ - Try using a different outgoing SMTP mail port. Our servers are set up to allow clients to use port 465 or Port 587. Both ports support SSL encryption.
- Temporarily disable any antivirus or mail virus scanning software you have installed on your computer.
