How do I pay my invoice?

To pay your invoice online:

  1. Log into our customer portal at https://portal.207hosts.com If you forgot your password, then click on Forgot Password to receive an email to reset your account.
  2. Once logged in, click on Invoices button on the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on red Unpaid button next to an invoice to pay.
  4. Review invoice to ensure it is correct. Then under Payment Method, select Credit and Debit Card Payments from the drop down menu. Optionally you can select Mail In Payment to mail a check or money order, or select Pay with Paypal to use your Paypal account.
  5. Once you've selected your payment option, click on the green Pay Now button at top right.
  6. If selecting Credit and Debit Card Payments: Follow form to enter card number, expiration date, CVV security code, and ensure Billing Address matches what is on file with your credit or debit card. Optionally add a name for the card. Click blue Submit payment button.
    If selecting Pay with Paypal account: Log into your Paypal account to make a payment. We recommend not using a subscription as we may change prices in future and the subscription will have to be manually canceled to adjust for payments.
    If selecting Mail in Payment: You will be prompted to mail a payment to our office mailing address. Please note it may take up to a month due to issues with post office delivery

Note: All new orders require manual approval by our billing department. Payments made on existing orders should automatically be posted.
