We are proud to be offering JetBackup as your backup service to our clients, included in all of our website hosting service plans. We perform backups on the following schedule:
- Monthly backups performed on the first day of each month retained for 12 months, stored offsite on a secure server.
- Last seven days of incremental backups, stored offsite on a secure server.
- Last seven days of full account backups, stored offsite on a secure server.
To access the backups, log into your cPanel account and look for the JetBackup menu.
