How do I download my SSL certificate?

When you go through the process of generating an SSL certificate, it should be e-mailed directly to the contact on the SSL certificate. If the e-mail does not come through, you can download the certificate from the customer portal.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal.
  2. Click on Services then My Services.
  3. Then scroll through the list of services to the certificate, and click on the View Details button to the right.
  4. Then click view certificate details button.
  5. Then click on Download Certificate button. You should get a prompt to download the zip file with the ssl certificate inside.
